1. Return & Exchange Window

• We accept return and exchange requests within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

• All confirmed orders must be accepted upon delivery and are subject only to this Return & Exchange Policy.

• Sale, promotional, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and returned with the product.

3. Size-Related Exchanges

• Exchanges requested due to an incorrect size selection by the customer are chargeable.

• Delivery and shipping charges for size exchanges will be borne by the customer.

4. Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, Timeless Copenhagen will take full responsibility.

• The exchange or return will be processed free of charge.

• All returned items will undergo a quality inspection.

• Returns or exchanges will be rejected if the product shows signs of use, washing, stains, perfume, alterations, or physical damage caused after delivery.

5. Proof of Issue

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may request clear photographs or videos of the item before authorizing a return or exchange.

This helps us verify the issue promptly and process your request as quickly as possible.
